TPM have more than 15 different levels of technical staff composed of technical research and development team, with a strong research and development capabilities. At the same time the design team using CAD, CAE ,CAM and other computer software programs to assist the design. We use CAD programs to output 2D drawings and 3D images, use CAE simulation to determine the optimal manufacturing model, and then use CAM for computer simulation.

Before the mold is made, the design department will examine the potential problems such as gate location, part wall thickness, deformation and shrinkage for each mold. At the same time, we will provide a Design Feasibility Analysis Report (DFM) to discuss with customers. And then accomplish the final 2D layout and 3D models for customer confirmation.

At TPM, the need to present the highest quality in what we do starts at the beginning of the project. Thus, with the help of Moldflow software, we perform rheological studies, such as filling simulations, which allow us to optimize the design with regard to, for example, the location of injection points, optimization of refrigeration efficiency, compaction, and parameters of the injection process, so that the final plastic parts comply with the specifications requested by our client.

Once we are selected, our project team starts the work with a feasibility analysis that is sent to our clients. In collaboration with this and using modern design and communication tools, we carry out all the development of the mold design, in partnership with our manufacturing and production team, to ensure the highest quality while simultaneously looking to optimize the agreed deadlines, as well as reducing costs.
